Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

LLP «Satbayev Business Engineering» (SBE) — a resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an engineering company at Satbayev University, a joint venture of the ECOTEC Engineering group and JSC «Institute of Digital Technology and Technologies».

2. What data we collect

SBE collects the minimal set of data needed to operate the site and provide its services:

  • Name, role, email — when filling in the PDF-materials download form;
  • Company name, role, meeting purpose — through the Calendly form when booking a discovery call;
  • Anonymized traffic analytics — Yandex Metrika and Google Analytics 4 without cookies and without personal-data webvisor;
  • Server technical data — IP address, User-Agent — in nginx logs, retained for 30 days.

3. Why we collect data

The data is used solely for:

  • Responding to a request (discovery call, PDF download);
  • Aggregated site-visit statistics;
  • Compliance with Kazakhstan law.

We do not transfer personal data to third parties, do not use it for advertising, and do not combine it with databases of other companies.

4. Compliance with Kazakhstan law

Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Personal Data and Their Protection» of May 21, 2013 No. 94-V (as amended).

The personal-data subject has the right to access, change, block, and delete their data. Requests are sent to [email protected].

5. AI systems and the Kazakhstan AI Law

SBE designs client AI systems in compliance with the Kazakhstan Law on Artificial Intelligence of January 18, 2026: risk classification, algorithm documentation, governance procedures.

6. Cookies

SBE does not use cookies for user tracking. Yandex Metrika and Google Analytics 4 run in privacy-first mode without cookies. Only the theme setting (light/dark) and the language choice are saved locally on the user’s device, never transmitted to the server.
